Information We Don't Collect

Streak Storm is designed with privacy at its core. We do NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifying information
• Your habit names, descriptions, or any habit-related data
• Your streak information or completion history
• Your location data
• Any information that could identify you personally

How Your Data is Stored

Local Storage

All of your habit data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync

Streak Storm uses Apple's iCloud to sync your data across your devices. When enabled:

• Your habit data is encrypted and stored in your private iCloud account
• Only you have access to this data through your Apple ID
• We (the app developers) cannot access your iCloud data
• The data is protected by Apple's security measures and your device passcode/biometrics

iCloud syncing is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics and Crash Reports

Streak Storm uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help us understand how the app is being used and to identify bugs:

What We Collect

• Anonymous Usage Statistics: We collect anonymous information about which features are used and how often, but this data cannot be traced back to you
• Crash Reports: If the app crashes, we receive technical information about what went wrong to help us fix bugs
• Device Information: General device type and iOS version (e.g., "iPhone running iOS 17") to ensure compatibility

What We Don't Collect

• Your habit names or any habit-specific data
• Your personal information or Apple ID
• Your location or contacts
• Any information that identifies you personally

All analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. Firebase's data collection is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

Streak Storm offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. When you make a purchase:

• The transaction is handled entirely by Apple
• We receive confirmation that you made a purchase, but no payment information
• Your payment information is managed by Apple and subject to their privacy policy
• We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment details

Streak Storm uses the following third-party services:

Apple iCloud

Firebase (Google)

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Data Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time
• Data Deletion: Delete any habit or all your data by deleting habits in the app or uninstalling the app
• iCloud Control: Enable or disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings
• Analytics: You can limit analytics tracking through your device's privacy settings

Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• iCloud data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
• We use Apple's secure frameworks and follow best practices for iOS development
• No data is transmitted to our servers - we don't have servers that store your personal data

Children's Privacy

Streak Storm is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect personal data, there is no risk of children's information being collected or shared.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Significant changes will be communicated through the app or on this website
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy

International Users

Streak Storm is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account, data residency is determined by your iCloud settings and Apple's data center locations. We do not transfer data internationally ourselves.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. However, since Streak Storm does not collect, sell, or share personal information, these rights are not applicable. We simply don't have personal information to disclose, delete, or manage.

GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we don't collect or process personal data:

• We don't require your consent to process personal data (we don't collect it)
• We don't transfer personal data outside the EEA
• You don't need to request data deletion or portability from us (all data is on your device)
